Direction for use: one or two teaspoons 1-3 times a day.
The product is ready to be consumed.
As a preventive measure to strengthen the immune system, drink 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day.

After broncho-pulmonary disease - 2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day.
